Click on "Report Sold" link in the Action columns of My Ads to stop the responses of your ad.

How do I edit an Ad after it has been published?

Login using your username & password.
Logon to "My Accounts".
Click on "Edit" link in the Action columns of My Ads to edit your ad.

How do I remove my Ads?

Login using your username & password.
Logon to "My Accounts".
Click on "Delete" link in the Action columns of My Ads remove your ads.

How will I be contacted if someone is interested in my ibibo city Ad?

There are three methods of receiving responses for your Ads"

• Email Alert – You will receive the response via email

You will also receive Email alert for the same.

How will others see my city Ads?

Depending on the search options implemented on the site's ibibo city search and display pages, the title and text of your ad can be searched by keyword from a search box on the ibibo city page. Apart from this your ads will available at the Listing page as a listing posted in appropriate categories & city. Free ads is differentiated from Premium one with icon next to the premium Ad listing. Also the premium listing appears right on the Top of the free listing.

How many characters are allowed for the Ad Title?

You are allowed to enter 40 characters in the Ad title.

Why my Ad has not appeared in the Listing?

Only family friendly text, links, sites and content are allowed. No objectionable (such as sexual, racist, illegal, disrespectful or deceptive etc.) content is tolerated. If your Ads violate any of the terms of use then it might not appear in the listing. If your ad satisfies all the criteria of terms of use and still don’t appear then simply

How do I view all the Ads placed by me?

You can get complete details of the ads placed by you by clicking on My Account -> My Ads

What is favourite Ads?

You can mark any ads listed in the ibibo city as favourite for later action to be taken on it. Those Ads which has been marked as favourite by you appears in the My Account -> Favourite Ads section

How do I know the stats of responses for my Ads?

You can keep track of all the responses for you ads through My Account -> Responses You can receive responses in different ways:

• Email Alert – You will receive the response via email. You can read the email received by you by clicking on the Message link which opens up the email in an iframe.
  
• SMS Alerts – You will receive SMS alerts on designated Mobile number which you linked while creating the ccount.
  
• Call Me – Clicking on call me gives you listing of interested individual who contacted you via phone. You get the item_id for the Ads they are interested in & there phone number and the date & time of the phone call.

How can I pay?

You pay a fee of Rs 500 only for premium listing. Following are the methods of payment:

• Through credit card IIf you hold a valid Master/Visa Credit Card, you can make a payment online using either HDFC payment gateway or Citibank payment gateway. No fee is charged if you use credit card to pay.
• b. Net Banking If you hold a bank account in any of these banks, you can make a payment by transferring directly from your bank account:
  • ICICI Bank • Axis Bank • IDBI Bank. No fee is charged if you use Online Bank. You can pay through online banking by choosing Citibank payment gateway for Credit Card and Net Banking option
• Cheque/ Demand Draft Cheque and demand draft payments take 7 to 10 business days to process and post to your account. Please send the Demand Draft / Cheque in favour of ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. payable at Gurgaon to the following address:
